HSBC Bank incident managers offer help and advice 24 hours
a day, 365 days a year. There’s no need to fill out a
claim form or get estimates, they’ll take care of all
the arrangements and, provided the incident is covered, settle
the bill (apart from the excess) directly with the supplier.
On occasions the HSBC Bank may be unable to give immediate
confirmation that the incident is covered under your policy,
in this event, they will still assist you in organising repairs
or replacement, but you will be responsible for any charges
that are not covered under your policy.
