When that crisis hits you need help and fast – and that’s what they’re here to deal with. Simply ring the HomeCallplus emergency hotline which is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and they’ll start the process to get you working again.

In an emergency they aim to have an HomeCallplus approved tradesman at your Home within 2 hours (or next day for Gas heating breakdowns) or they can fit in with a time that suits.
