and contents, normaly including damage from fire, storm, flood,
theft, lightning etc.

can choose the level of cover to suit your needs.

can also extend the basic cover under the contents policy
to include personal possessions which you take outside your
home.

Liver Assurance's Maxplan
The Maxplan offers the ultimate in buildings and contents
insurance cover. It provides a wide level of cover with generous
limits, plus cover for accidental loss or damage and for personal
possessions. Whichever
level of cover you choose you’ll benefit from a 24- hour
free helpline. There are also a number of ways you can reduce
your premium.
- Those
aged 60 or over can usually qualify for up to 25% off their
premium with their Mature Policyholders Discount.
- If
you work from home or spend time at home, you may qualify
for an occupancy discount.
- Should
you opt to pay an excess, they can cut your premium up to
30%.
- If
you don’t claim on your policy, you can build up a
no claims discount.
Spread
your payments with Royal Liver Assurance
You can choose to spread the cost of your home insurance over
the year with monthly payments. It’s a really useful
service.
